You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide. Stellar stores your data securely and uses it solely to generate personalized content within the App.
Stellar uses artificial intelligence to generate readings, affirmations, and chat responses. All AI-generated content is for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of AI-generated content.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase.
All content, designs, text, graphics, and software in the App are owned by StarFlyVentures and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StarFlyVentures operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
